Report Tokens never expire. A slow month costs you nothing — what you do not use is still there next month, and the month after.
Stop your plan and your Tokens pause. They are not deleted. Start again and they come back, alongside the new month’s.

More than one report on the same property

$10 Every report after the first on that property — on every plan

Most claims need one report. Some need a second date, or a third. After the first report on a property, every further report on that same property is $10 — the same whether you pay per report, sit on Starter, or sit on Standard. It costs less because the job is smaller: we already know where the property is, and you have already confirmed the pin.

A different property starts over. We tell properties apart by the pin you drop, not by how the address is typed — so retyping an address a different way will never charge you twice for a first report.

Referral Credits

Send someone our way and every report you order gets cheaper.

One Referral Credit takes $1 off every report you order. Not a one-off voucher — a lower price on everything you run.
2 credit limit — so the most it takes off is $2 a report.
Each applied credit runs 6 months — counted from the day it is applied, not the day you earned it.
Extra credits wait their turn. Nothing is wasted. They start as the ones ahead of them finish, so more referrals buy you longer, not cheaper. Rack them up.
You earn 1 when the person you sent us pays for a report, and 2 when they subscribe. Not when they sign up, not when they look around — when they actually pay.
It applies to all account types — per report and subscriptions.

Two people you refer take out subscriptions. That is 4 credits. 2 run straight away and 2 wait, so you are at $2 off every report for a full year — Standard at $10 a report the whole time.

How to earn one. The person you refer enters your registered email when they create their account. Once they buy a report you earn 1 credit; if they take out a subscription you earn 2.

So Standard is $120 a month for 10 Report Tokens. Two Referral Credits make it $100 a month — $10 a report, and $10 is the lowest price we publish. It is not on the menu. You get there by sharing.

Nothing on this page applies to a Large Volume account by default. What your account gets — volume, term, whether Tokens or Credits apply at all — is discussed on the call and set out in a written agreement before anything starts. We would rather go through it with you than leave you to find it later.

What is free

Finding your date of loss is free and always will be. Search the official storm record for a property and see every date hail or wind was documented nearby. No card, no account. Try it.
Verifying a report is free, for anyone, forever — including the people on the other side of your claim. Look one up.

A report that finds nothing still costs

We are selling the search of the official record, not a guarantee of what is in it. If the archives hold no reports near your property on your date, that is an answer, and often it is the answer someone needed. The report says plainly what was searched, how far, and what was found.
