A WDR Report is a compilation of official documented storm reports published by
the National Weather Service, the Storm Prediction Center, NCEI and CoCoRaHS.
It is not an engineering report, a forensic meteorological report, or a
certified or testifying expert report, and it is not prepared for
Daubert, Frye, or FRE 702. It offers no opinion on causation,
damage, or coverage.
